Our offices are accepting new patients. We accept referrals from our loyal patients as well as others who have heard about us through word of mouth. We are providers for several dental plans and insurances. Our staff will file claims for you and answer any questions you may have about third-party carriers. We also have payment plans for your convenience. We present full treatment plans and fees before starting treatment.

Paradise Valley Dental Care at 40th Street & Bell Road (602) 992-5600 is open for appointments Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Winning Smiles at 67th Avenue & Beardsley (loop 101) (623) 931-5467 is open Tuesdays and Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Appointments can be scheduled by calling either office.

Dr. Darian and staff work closely together and have experience and special training necessary to provide you the most advanced care available.

Dr. Sam Darian graduated from University of Missouri, Kansas City. He has been practicing in Phoenix for over 10 years. Most of his staff have been with him for years and know and care for the families that continue to visit the office year after year. Dr. Darian continues to keep current of latest technology by taking post-graduate studies to give his patients the most advanced care available. He has Invisalign certification and we have a number of people who have chosen to straighten from one or two teeth to full mouth realignment using this system of invisable braces. Dr. Darian works closely with several specialists in the area when our patients request replacing missing teeth with implants. We use the most current technology and materials for our implant teeth.  

Dr. Ed Samples joined the staff in 2002 after having his own successful practice for over 30 years in Southern California. Dr. Samples served as President of his local Dental Association and served for several years on Board of Peer Review for Delta Dental of California. Dr. Samples brings experience, warmth, integrity, and sometimes some golf tips to the practice. Dr. Samples has made new smiles for hundreds of California girls (and guys). Veneers & porcelain crowns can transform a nice smile into WOW!

The ancillary staff have all been with Dr. Darian for years . All are highly skilled professionals with the shared goal of providing exceptional services for our patients. Ask any of about tooth whitening. We have been whitening teeth in the office for several years using the BriteSmile system and now the new Zoom. We also have experience in take home systems of custom trays and Nite-White. We offer gift certificates for all these systems. What better way to make a loved one smile than a new brite smile!
